My Story: From IT Professional to Fitness Coach
By day, I work in the fast-paced world of IT. I understand the challenges of balancing a demanding 9-to-5 career with a commitment to health and family life. Like many of you, I had to build a system that worked around my schedule, not against it.
This journey led me to move away from “bro-science” and toward evidence-based coaching. I realized that health optimization isn’t about quick hacks; it’s about sustainable systems and long-term thinking.
