2. BE MORE ACTIVE
We, humans, are for physical activity and movement, not for laying and sitting on the bed for a whole day. If you don’t have any problems and are already healthy, you should also add more activity and movement to your lifestyle, which would optimise your health more. You can add any activity you like to add. Dancing, gyming, swimming, cycling, running, and weight lifting are suitable physical activities for good health.
3. DO PROPER REST
Our body uses billions of cells when we do any type of physical activity, these cells get damaged, but the body has its own recovery mode. The body does recover and heal by itself when we go to sleep at night. When you sleep, the body produces new cells and fights the illness.
